Please fill out the following form, by copying it, and pasting it to an e-mail to KP. Details are at the bottom of this form. Please be sure to read those, as well as read the FAQ (info section), and commission information before sending anything to KP.


1. Name, Address?
2. A detailed description of your character. (From the type and length of hair to the color of his/her toenails.)
3. What type of drawing would you like? G, PG, PG-13, Pinup? Is a background required or no? Specific position of the character (if any)?
4. When do you need the completed project by? (please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for completion per image commissioned)
5. Will that be a Sketch, Ink, or Colored piece? If colored, will that be in Prisma Markers, or PSP8?
6.What method of payment will you be using? (Please keep in mind, I will NOT begin ANY project until payment has been made. And if making a Partial Payment*, I will not release the completed project until final payment is met.)


Please be sure to Mail this to KP, and she'll take a look and reply as soon as possible. Please keep in mind, KP has the right to turn down ANY commissions that she feels either uncomfortable doing, or that will not be able to be confidently completed in the alotted time given. Please, DO NOT send any payments until you hear a reply from KP.

* - Partial Payments are on a case by case basis. And should not be assumed that each individual asking for a commission will receive this payment option.
